Step 1:

Register on the CHAI Portal clearinghouse state site

To sign in, the State will send an 8 digit code to your email after

you hit login and provide your email address

Initiate a screening and answer the state's questions... once it asks what type of job STOP THERE and exit. Do not proceed to selecting an employment category.

We select that you're a league volunteer on our end.

DO NOT select a job type. Your demographic profile will be saved so we can retrieve it and complete the process with the proper fingerprint coding. 

Step 2:

League will generate the

Livescan Fingerprint Form required for your background screening

with the proper coding.
