You must bring two forms of original unexpired US Government Issued Identifications.

Driver's license or US Passport     +plus one other+

 

Second Form can be:

US Passport, Social Security Card, Voter's Registration,

Birth Certificate, Conceal Carry License, EAD Card,

International Passport with accompanying Visa page
