The form below is used to contact us for concierge service.  We will come to your office and save you the travel time.  Many doctors prefer this convenience as they can continue with their patients as usual. Please provide info below for fast appointment scheduling.  Please note your preferred day and time of fingerprinting appointment in the additional space field, and we will call you. You can also call us for mobile service.  There is a travel charge of $75 to $150 associated with the concierge service, depending on your location, the number of candidates to be fingerprinted and if you are requesting weekend or after hours service.
