The State now requires you to pre-register on their CHAI site. Once you successfully pre-register for your fingerprints, the school will generate your Livescan Request for for you.  YOU SHOULD GO TO THE SITE, BUILD YOUR PROFILE, BUT THEN LEAVE THE SITE WHEN YOU GET TO THE PULL DOWN SCREEN WHERE YOU SELECT YOUR CAREER. School codes are not in the system. Your demographic profile will remain for the school to retrieve and complete the registration process..

Step 1:

Determine if you are already eligible in the CHAI

(Clearing House Applicant Initiated Site for State of Florida). If eligible, do not fingerprint until you determine if you can transfer existing prints.

If you have no profile or you have an existing profile but your status is "EXPIRED":

If registering for the first time, please look at your driver's license and list your name as it appears there.  If your name on your drivers license does not match the name you enter in your clearinghouse registration, you will have a name mismatch issue.  Hyphenated names must be complete.
