Our delivery method for your private info is more secure

who AND HOW is important to you

If you are an employer, you should never accept the cookies on behalf of your candidate or tender an employee's personal data to any entity but the State of Florida. Willingly providing data to a 3rd party website can expose your company to unnecessary liability, possibly subjecting your employee to a dark web hack. Let us work directly with your candidates with a safe and secure method of gathering their personal stats. You save time and are not in the middle, supplying the data. Sharing info to AHCA (which is required and OK) and sharing it to a private fingerprinting company are 2 different things! Be aware.  If you as an employer have questions about compliance or navigating the AHCA web portal, call us and we will help you.

If you are an individual seeking livescan service and book service at a shipping store, you are required to visit a 3rd party website and supply all your personal data - name, date of birth, social security number and credit card.  This site forces you to accept cookies, the means by which data is harvested.  At least one of these operators is not even a U.S. company.  We supply a higher level of security and more personalized service.  Your data is collected one-on-one by our technician and put into the program that delivers it directly to the FDLE by secured server, same day. No waiting for batch uploads. No third party website gaining access to your sensitive personal info and possibly subjecting you to a dark web hack.

What Do You Need to Bring With You?

1. Drivers License

(or Gov't Issued ID)

2. Social Security Card

(or 2nd form of ID -  but you must know your Social Security Number even if you don't have your card.  Also, know how your name reads on your Social Security card. If you don;t have your SS card, being a govt issued ID; your 2nd does not need to be a picture ID.)

3. ORI/OCA Number

(Not everybody has an OCA - if you have been given a Livescan Request form, it is already noted).  If you don't know your ORI or OCA, call us and we will help you figure it out.

Employers:  We Will Help You Avoid State Fines

**Failure to screen and re-screen employees including contract staff is a violation of state law and subject to a fine of $500 per person.**

All employees are required by law to be screened and re-screened every 5 years or sooner if there is a break in service. This must be done through your governing agency. Because of the livescan screening law change to level 2 back in August of 2010, there was a phase in period. The phase in period ended in July 2015!

AHCA and other government agencies are on a hunt to audit employers with out of date records. You don't want to be like a few of our customers who have called us too late and have had to pay steep fees to get their employees in compliance. Remember, when you hire or rehire employees that used to work for you, make sure to re-screen them if there was a lapse in employment greater than 90 days.

If you should have any questions or want to know what the state is looking for please use us as resource!!
